Is this real coffee or just coffee flavouring?
This is made with 100% pure organic coffee powder - that’s real organic coffee that has been freshly brewed and then dried into a powder without the use of any additives at all.
How much caffeine does it contain?
The organic coffee used in our Real Coffee blend naturally contains a small amount of caffeine. Each 25g serving contains approximately 37mg of caffeine (view test certificate) - offering a gentle boost for your morning routine without being overwhelming.
Can I mix this with hot liquids like regular coffee?
When using in hot drinks, you'll need to first mix the whey protein separately with a little cold or lukewarm water or milk, then stir the mixture into hot (not boiling) liquid. Adding the powder directly to boiling liquid can cause lumps to form due to the proteins denaturing, so you could instead add the protein powder to cold milk or water, then heat in a saucepan while stirring constantly.
