Bioactive proteins are a key reason whey protein is so much more than “just” a quality protein, as many of these proteins are also in human breast milk, and there is a lot of evidence that they have a wide range of health benefits. You can read more on this in our blog post here.

Tips for Measurement
25g is equivalent to approximately 60ml, which is equal to ¼ cup, 3.5 tablespoons, 2 scoops, or of course you can also weigh on a set of kitchen scales for the best accuracy. Many people only have half a serving (so around 12.5g or 30ml) as they don't need a lot of extra protein in their diet, so feel free to use less if this sounds like you.
Why Whey Protein?
Why Whey Protein?
Whey protein is one of the most bioavailable protein sources. It is quickly broken down and absorbed by our bodies, providing rapid support from head to toe.
It is a “complete” protein, containing all 9 essential & branched chain amino acids, which humans are unable to produce, so dietary sources like whey protein are needed.

Being Diabetic are there any carbs in your powder and if so how much thank you
Thank you for the question. We can only recommend our Pure Unflavoured organic whey protein for diabetics. That said, this Cookies & Cream blend contains 8.2g of sugars per 100g / 2.05g per 25g serving, and 15.3g carbs per 100g / 3.8g per 25g serving. I hope that helps :-)

can the whey protein be added to porridge and heated?
Thank you for the question. It can be added to porridge, but we'd recommend stirring in at the end rather than in the beginning. The heat causes the proteins to denature, which causes a great deal of thickening and general lumpiness to occur. Mix with a little water or milk separately and then stir in once cooked and that largely mitigates the thickening issues :-)

How many servings are there in each packet?
Thank you for the question. There are 16 servings in the 400g pack, and 48 servings in the 1.2kg pack. Some people don't need a full serving, so it can end up being many more servings, just smaller :-)
