These no-bake bars taste a bit like white chocolate — sweet, moist, and rich, with dark chocolate pieces perfectly balancing the creamy cashew base. They're brilliant when you need something satisfying that feels like a proper treat but won't leave you feeling guilty afterwards.


With 6g of protein per bar from our Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein, they’re a simple, no-fuss option when you want something that feels like a treat and gives your body something useful too.

Ingredients

  • 135g rolled oats (about 1½ cups / 360ml)
  • 8 tbsp cashew butter (½ cup / 120ml / ~120g)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey, to taste (15–30ml / ~21–42g)
  • 50g dark chocolate, crushed into small pieces (~⅓ cup / 80ml)
  • 2 scoops (25g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil (79ml / ~73g)

Directions

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, cashew butter, honey, dark chocolate, whey protein, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and sticky.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly across the tray, pressing down firmly to compact.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Cut into 10 equal bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
