Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz until the mixture comes together.
If the mixture looks dry or isn’t quite sticking together, add a little more tahini and blitz the mixture again.
Roll into balls.
Dip the balls in melted dark chocolate, place on a lined baking tray, then allow the chocolate to set before eating.
Alternatively, they can be enjoyed without the chocolate coating.
