This is one of our absolute favourites! The roasted almonds give this fudge a rich, chocolatey flavour with a lovely crunchy texture that's utterly satisfying. Perfect for when you need a proper treat that won't derail your health goals.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter (120ml / ~128g)
  • ½ cup roasted almonds in coconut oil (120ml / ~70g)
  • 8 scoops (100g) Cacao & Maca Organic Whey Protein Powder
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil (80ml / ~73g)
  • Honey to taste (start with 1–2 tbsp / 15–30ml)

Directions

  1. Line a small baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Add the almond butter, roasted almonds, whey protein, melted coconut oil, and honey to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into the lined tray and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully set.
  6. Slice into 12 pieces and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
