Berries are lovely things. Not only are they filled with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amazing phytonutrients, but they also are accessible throughout the year. Of course, it’s always better to use local seasonal produce when available, but you can get fresh or frozen berries any time of the year and there are organic options in a lot of places too these days. Just about any fruit will go well in an organic whey protein smoothie, so pick your fave and enjoy.
