No flavourings, additives or hidden ingredients - it’s an easy everyday option that’s fresh, filling, and fuss-free.

Ingredients

  • 150ml plain yoghurt of your choice (~150g)
  • 1 cup berries of your choice (240ml / ~150g)
  • 2 scoops (25g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
  • 1–2 dates, to taste, or your sweetener of choice

Directions

  1. Add yoghurt, berries, whey protein, and dates to a blender.
