Smooth, creamy and naturally sweet, this high-protein chia pudding feels more like a treat than a routine breakfast. Strawberries, yoghurt and Madgascan Vanilla Organic Whey Protein create a velvety base, with chia seeds thickening overnight for a perfectly spoonable texture.

  • 2 scoops (25g) Madagascan Vanilla Organic Whey Protein Powder
  • 200ml milk of choice

Directions

  1. Finely chop the strawberries, or blend them until smooth if preferred.
  2. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, whey protein and honey or maple syrup (if using) until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the strawberries, checking they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, until thickened.
  6. Serve chilled, and top with extra yoghurt, strawberries or granola if desired.
  • Preparation Tips: For a layered effect, reserve a few spoonfuls of yoghurt and strawberries to add on top just before serving.
  • Substitute Suggestion: Use dairy or unsweetened plant milk depending on your preference. Plain yoghurt can be swapped for kefir yoghurt for a slightly tangier flavour, and strawberries can easily be replaced with raspberries or blueberries for a fresh twist.
  • Storage Instruction: This high-protein breakfast keeps well in the fridge for up to three days, making it ideal for preparing multiple portions in advance. Stir well before serving

Simple to prepare and satisfying to wake up to, this overnight chia pudding makes balanced mornings feel effortless. Add extra berries, cinnamon or a spoonful of peanut butter to make it your own.
