- 125g cashews, soaked overnight
- 340g frozen blueberries
- 3 scoops (37.5g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
- 5 drops of vanilla essence

What a summery September we’ve had so far (if you ignore the rainy parts anyway). The sun is still here for a little while yet and with temperatures up to 31 Celcius (!) make the most of it with some cool clean creamy Nice Cream. Ice cream needn’t be a forbidden treat, especially when you’re making it with such short and healthy list of ingredients as we’ve got here. Cashews, blueberries, Organic Whey Protein and a little vanilla…that’s it. Your taste buds will love be in heaven and your waistline will definitely not regret it.
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Scoop into ice cream bowls and enjoy.
