This recipe takes the classic peanut butter and jelly (jam) combo and gives it a grown-up upgrade!

Layered with sweet-tart raspberries, creamy peanut butter, a hint of cinnamon, and a dark chocolate lid, these overnight oats blur the line between breakfast and dessert. Each pot delivers serious flavour and over 20g of protein per serving, thanks to our Madagascan Vanilla Organic Whey Protein Powder. You’ll also get 12.3g of fibre.

The recipe comes together in just 10 minutes and strikes the perfect balance between wholesome and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut (~6-7g)

Directions

  1. Grab a jar or suitable container.
  2. Add the oats, coconut, protein, cinnamon and chia, if desired.
  3. Stir in enough milk to form a loose porridge consistency. The oats will absorb the milk overnight.
  4. Top with frozen raspberries and the peanut butter.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or pan and drizzle this over the top of the overnight oats.
  6. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  7. Enjoy the following morning.

Top tip: The overnight oats keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. It's easier to make a batch of them so you can save time later in the week.
