Ingredients
- 300ml organic yoghurt
- 1 medium mango, very ripe and juicy
- 2 scoops (25g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
- 100ml water
- 2 medjool dates
- 1-2 cardamom pods (you'll only use the seeds)
- 1 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped to serve
