We know that protein smoothies can sometimes feel a bit too heavy... but here's a gem that's simple, pure, fresh, pleasantly sweet and 100% satisfying.

This smoothie will leave you feeling refreshed, light and still gives you that satiated sensation that will keep your hunger at bay. It even gives you *that* holiday feeling too... what's not to love?

Ingredients

  • 300ml organic yoghurt
  • 1 medium mango, very ripe and juicy
  • 2 scoops (25g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
  • 100ml water
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1-2 cardamom pods (you'll only use the seeds)
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped to serve

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together (except the pistachios).
