All the flavour of classic cookie dough, rolled into a bite-sized protein treat. These Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls are quick to make and naturally satisfying with over 8 grams of protein each. Bring an indulgent feel to your next snack! 

Ingredients

  • 200g oat flour (just oats blitzed in a blender) 
  • 6 scoops (75g) Cookies & Cream Organic Whey Protein Powder  
  • 60ml (70g) maple syrup 
  • ½ cup (150g) unsweetened nut butter 
  • 120ml oat milk 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 40g chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oat flour and Cookies & Cream Organic Whey Protein Powder.
  2. Add the maple syrup, nut butter, milk and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture comes together into a thick dough.
  3. Add the chocolate chips, then use your hands to gently bring the mixture together until fully combined.
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Enjoy straight away, or allow to chill in the fridge.

Tips

  • Preparation Tips: If the mixture feels too dry, add a small splash of milk. If it's too soft, chill it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to firm up before shaping.
  • Substitute Suggestion: Experiment with different flavours by swapping maple syrup for honey, or oat milk for another milk. You could also use Madagascan Vanilla Organic Whey Protein Powder instead of Cookies & Cream.
  • Storage Instruction: Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
