Cherrylicious Smoothie Bowl

Every well deserved lie in should be followed by a nutrient boost. Just like the kind of delicious nutrient boost that this smoothie bowl will deliver. Its thick and creamy consistency means it feels like a treat but in reality it is super good for you. The combination of vitamin C rich cherry, the vitamin E powerhouse avocado and some hidden courgette (you really won’t taste this) promote skin health, giving you the kind of glow that says: “Yes, I’m in super good health”. In case you want to do greater good, make an extra batch for your grandma or grandpa. Recent research found cherries to be beneficial in improving the memory of those 70 years of age or older.
