It's So Green Yet Tastes Sooo Divine!

There's not much I can write about smoothies that hasn't been said before, but I can tell you now that this is one mean green meal in a glass. To be able to drink kale and spinach and actually enjoy it is a wonderful thing, and thankfully the mango and banana step up to the mark and do a fine job of balancing out the flavours of the greens.

Ingredients

Notes

  1. Add ice cubes and/or freeze the mango and banana first for a nice slushy smoothie.
  2. You can add loads more spinach without ruining the flavour, but don't go too heavy on the kale unless you really love the taste of it.

Directions

  1. Wash the kale and spinach, then chop them up.
  2. Chop up the banana.
  3. Slice the mango in half and scoop out the flesh.
  4. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  5. Give it a good long whizz until everything is thoroughtly blended.
  6. Pour into 1 or two glasses and enjoy.

I highly recommend giving this a go, it tastes so good!
