- 1 Handful Watercress
- 2 scoops (25g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
- 250ml Apple Juice
- 1 TSP Grated ginger (optional)

So March is finally here and spring is just about in the air...yes! Here's a refreshing uber-healthy smoothie for you all to enjoy in the knowledge that winter is on the back foot at last. Beetroot and watercress are both chock-a-block full of good stuff, so combined with a scoop of Organic Whey Protein you're looking at one killer smoothie. And yes, that is a beetroot in an egg cup...what can I say? It just felt right.
