Quality control
Every batch of protein powder needs testing for microbiological analysis, visual, smell, and taste testing, as well as protein content to certify that it’s safe for human consumption and has been produced as expected.
Our quality testing process checks that our protein powders are free from any harmful pathogens. We precisely measure protein content and perform sensory evaluations to make sure it's still the creamy, tasty whey protein powder you know and love.
Nutritional testing
In addition to the required testing for microbiological analysis and protein content, we go the extra step by submitting every batch of our whey protein powder for third-party nutritional lab tests, as well as tests to confirm there’s been no gluten contamination.
This gives us, and our customers, assurance that the nutritional values specified on the back of each packet are as accurate as possible. We make these test results available to you, downloadable at your leisure. If you can’t find your batch, simply contact us and we’ll happily share this information with you.

Additional testing
In the name of transparency, and ensuring our products are the very best they can be, we’ll often submit them for further testing for everything from vitamin and mineral content to heavy metal contamination.
We share all of these results so you can have every confidence in the products you buy from us – and we tend to perform rather well, if we do say so ourselves!

Informed sport testing
We recognise that professional athletes need additional vigilance over what’s in their health supplements, and therefore look for official certifications such as Informed Sport.
While we can say with absolute certainty that we do not add any banned substances to our organic whey protein powders, we have not yet been able to invest in the official testing to become a certified product.
