Ro Huntriss is a London-based Consultant Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 13 years of experience in the nutrition field. Holding a Master’s degree in Advanced Nutrition and another in Clinical Research, Ro has a diverse background working across the NHS, private practice, and the commercial sector.

Ro began her career in the NHS and has since become a global leader in health technology, currently serving as Chief Nutrition Officer for the Simple App, part of the Palta group with 17 million downloads globally. Her expertise spans women's health, weight management, diabetes, and gastroenterology, making her a versatile and knowledgeable contributor to the field of nutrition.

She is also the founder of Fertility Dietitian UK, an award-winning fertility nutrition platform. As a published author and media personality, Ro’s work has been featured in numerous mainstream outlets including the BBC, Forbes, Daily Mail, HELLO! Magazine, and Cosmopolitan.

In addition to her clinical and media work, Ro is dedicated to advancing the field of fertility nutrition and is the Chair of the Maternal and Fertility Nutrition Specialist Group of the British Dietetic Association. She has been recognised for her contributions to the field, including being named Social Media Influencer of the Year in 2022 by the British Dietetic Association.
