Rachel has a wide range of experience working both in the NHS and freelance setting. Rachel is a qualified clinical and sports dietitian. Having completed multiple university degrees, Rachel supports individuals by translating evidenced-based research into accessible and individualised advice to support clients with their nutrition.
Rachel worked within the NHS for 10 years, working across a number of clinical areas. However, she predominantly supported patients with cancer throughout their cancer pathway, from diagnosis to living with and beyond cancer. Alongside her NHS role, Rachel has worked with a number of cancer charities, including being on the Expert Advisory Panel for Ovacome.
Rachel is the Lead Dietitian at Nutritank, a company campaigning to improve nutrition and lifestyle education for healthcare professionals as well as providing educational resources and webinars.
Rachel also has her own freelance business, Rachel White Nutrition. She works predominantly with endurance athletes, from new runners to professional athletes. Rachel supports her clients by providing tailored support with practical strategies to optimise their everyday nutrition and fuel for performance. Alongside this, Rachel works in elite sport as the Performance Nutritionist at Bristol City Women's Football Club and works with the performance athletes at the University of the West of England.
