Ben Adams
FAAV, BASIS, FACTS, BSc (Hons)
Ben Adams is an arable farmer from Oxfordshire, known for pushing the boundaries of innovation within his cropping systems. He farms in partnership with his parents and brother on the family farm, and also provides consultancy services and business advice to farmers alongside his wife. Ben’s work often involves the use of integrating livestock and agri-environmental schemes to create a profitable and agro-ecological farming system.
After a degree in Farm Business Management from Harper Adams University Ben has worked on different farms around the world and several different consultancy firms in England. Ben has gained his BASIS and FACTS qualification and also became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Ben is on the steering group of his local farm cluster and is involved with BASE UK, a group focussed around conservation agriculture knowledge exchange.
